Service Exclusions

Customs duties, VAT, or inspections
Shuttle service / restricted access delivery
Long carry, stairs, or elevator charges beyond standard access
Hoisting / crane service
Piano or heavy item handling
Parking permits
Storage or redelivery
Unpacking of cartons
Fuel or emergency surcharges (if applicable)

Packing & Preparation Options

Liftvan Crating: $250 per liftvan
Palletizing: $85 per pallet
Goods must be properly packed for export for pallet pricing to apply
Crating and export preparation available upon request

Accessorial Charges (If Required)

Shuttle service: approx. $300
Long carry: approx. $215
Stairs above 2nd floor: $150 per floor
Elevator above 2nd floor: $65 per floor
Outside elevator: approx. $285
Piano handling: approx. $275

Rates apply to major cities with normal access
Remote or restricted areas are subject to additional charges
Final billing is based on warehouse measured volume
Groupage departures are based on consolidation schedules
Transit times vary depending on routing and vessel schedules
