1. Shipment arrives at our Sunrise, Florida warehouse
2. Goods are sorted, separated, and prepared for final delivery
3. Delivery is scheduled with the consignee based on access and destination
4. Delivery is completed with basic setup and debris removal where included

Service Inclusions

• Receiving shipment at warehouse: 5181 NW 109th Ave, Sunrise, FL 33351
• Warehouse unloading and handling
• Loading onto delivery truck
• Delivery with normal access up to 2nd floor / one flight
• Unwrap furniture
• Removal of packing debris
• Basic setup of beds and tables

Service Exclusions

• Destination terminal handling charges (DTHC)
• Port fees, demurrage, detention, terminal storage, or exams
• Customs duties, taxes, or inspections
• Restricted access, shuttle service, long carry, hoisting, or crane service
• Additional stairs beyond included level
• Storage, waiting time, redelivery, or unpacking to flat surface unless quoted

Small Shipment / Baggage Options

• Boxes-only shipments up to 3 CBM / 105 CFT
• Local courier delivery may be used for deliveries within approximately 50–60 miles
• LTL freight delivery may be used for longer distances
• Rates provided upon request based on volume, distance, and access
• Ideal for smaller box-only shipments that do not require full delivery service

Additional Services

• Full unpack to flat surface: add $1.00 per CFT, minimum $300
• Additional stairs: $100 per additional flight
• Shuttle / restricted access: quoted as required
• Access conditions: must be declared in advance

Before Shipping to the USA

• Deliveries are to main population cities only, not islands, unless pre-quoted alternatively
• Deliveries are performed using large commercial vehicles
• If street access is restricted, shuttle service will be charged additionally
• Access, stairs, elevator restrictions, and parking issues should be declared in advance

Agent Instructions

• Shipments must be clearly separated by consignee
• Each shipment should be individually labeled and separated on arrival
• Provide separate documents and inventory for each consignee
• Mixed or improperly separated shipments may result in additional handling charges and delays
• Minimum volume for a 40ft direct delivery is 1700 CFT; below this, additional charges may apply

• Minimum billing volume is 200 CFT
• Minimums shown are based on the applicable delivery minimum for each zone
• For volumes under 200 CFT, baggage delivery or courier service may be available for boxes-only shipments upon request
• Florida deliveries over 120 miles are subject to an additional $0.25 per CFT
