- Long Carry Surcharge: + 75 Ft from Truck to residence entry:
$0.45 per C/F each additional 75 FT (min $75)
- FULL UNPACK – $ .75 per C/F (Min 100 cft)
- Shuttle Service: $0.75 per C/F (min $350.00)
- Certificate of Insurance for Building Management Fee: $115.00
